When I explained my family's wishes for a simple cremation and no immediate funeral, they directed me to a more suitable business for our needs rather than trying to sell me more services. When I found that I would not be able to see her before cremation at the other business, they were kind enough to let me see my mom one last time even though we were not using their funeral services. It gave me peace and closure that I would never have found otherwise. They were extremely kind, compassionate, and professional. They checked on me a week later and provided a link to information on dealing with the loss of a loved one. Very comforting at a terrible time for me.
