Brookside Care Strategies is a secure long-term care facility in Muncie, Indiana, specializing in behavioral care and mental health support. She suffered with severe behaviors related to dementia and had been kicked out of two different nursing homes before coming to Brookside. Unlike other nursing homes, Brookside never gave up on her. They saw her as an individual and were always problem solving ways to make her life better. We are forever grateful!
