Nursing Home
Poplar Care is a premier Rehab-to-Home skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Loogootee, Indiana. Amenities include a hair salon, courtyard, garden, spousal accommodations, private rehab suites, weekly church services, pet visits, and a robust activity program with strong community involvement. Poplar Care is home to one of the largest therapy gyms in Southern Indiana, offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy for rehab, long-term care, and outpatient patients.

- ABAbby BrownJun 3, 20265.0There are no other facilities in this area or the surrounding counties that provide better rehabilitation to home services and patient centered care than Poplar Care! I’ve personally had a family member needing in-house rehabilitation to home services and his experience there was great. With his hard work and the therapists knowledge and experience he was able to return home at a higher level of functioning than before he went.
