Ever since my son started attending KinderCare. It was one problem after another. I would not recommend anyone taking their children there. They never took accountability to any of the wrongs they did.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes at KinderCare. This facility used to be my favorite daycare, and I felt confident and comfortable having my child attend there. Unfortunately, since the change in management, I have noticed a significant decline in the overall organization, professionalism, and quality of care.
One of my biggest concerns is the lack of consistency and organization within the classrooms. I have witnessed children being moved around throughout the day and not remaining in the classroom where they were originally dropped off. There also seems to be an ongoing staffing shortage, with teachers frequently calling off and classrooms appearing to be understaffed. I have personally seen situations where classrooms appeared to have more children than they should, which is extremely concerning as a parent.
I also feel that the current management is struggling to effectively manage the center. The new manager frequently appears overwhelmed and, from a parent’s perspective, does not seem to have adequate control over the day-to-day operations. It often feels as though issues are being handled as they arise rather than through a clear and organized plan. Unfortunately, I believe these ongoing issues are contributing to both teachers and families leaving the center.
Another concern is the level of professionalism displayed by some staff members. I have observed employees arriving and leaving according to their own schedules, as well as instances of disrespectful communication. I have also heard employees using profanity in the hallways and discussing personal matters in areas where parents and children can hear them. I do not believe this type of behavior is appropriate for a professional childcare environment.
As a parent, I expect a daycare to provide a safe, structured, respectful, and professional environment for children. I am especially disappointed because KinderCare was once a place where I felt my child was genuinely well cared for, and I had a great deal of trust in the staff and facility.
I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes. Parents should not have to question staffing, classroom organization, professionalism, or the overall quality of care their children are receiving. I would really like to see this center return to the standard of care and professionalism it once provided. This daycare sucks now.

Most staff quit short notice at the beginning of this month (August). New director chased away multiple families with her attitude in her first 4 days in the site; including ours. The district leader of this location also quit at the same time. I waited days for the newest district leader (Doria or Doris) to fill the position to assist in emergency transitioning our family from this location to the next location (which is not under her leadership). I even missed days from work waiting for her call, just for her to call me back with many different creative ways of accusing me of not wanting to pay my tuition bill. Including an analogy of stealing groceries from the grocery store. She only granted me an apology when I held her accountable for the peculiar insult. I highly encourage any parents to seek care for their children at a different kindercare location. Any parents who are dealing with this right now I encourage you to hold these people accountable and contact family support.

We’ve been at the Trader’s Point KinderCare for 1.5 years and have been so happy with our experience. Charmel, the center director, is fantastic and the staff is so dedicated and caring. My daughter is doing so well and has benefitted so much from their care. They support each child based on their individual needs and do a great job keeping us updated on day to day activities, as well as overall progress.
