  We have had such a positive experience with our daughter at Skyrise School of Castleton. One of the things we have appreciated most is how well her teachers, especially Ms Linda and Ms Renee, have gotten to know her as an individual. They know her personality, her routines, her likes and dislikes, and are so attentive to her needs. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that she is cared for by teachers who genuinely know and care about her. We have also really appreciated the communication and the kindness of the staff throughout our time here. From the beginning, we have felt that our daughter was safe, loved, and well cared for. It has been a wonderful place for her to grow and socialize, and we are very grateful for the care she has received.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this daycare. My concerns are not based on one isolated incident, but on a pattern of safety concerns and communication issues that I repeatedly attempted to address directly with the center. I reported concerns through the Kindercare app on July 28, August 7, and August 19 and made multiple attempts to give the center an opportunity to address the situation internally. Despite those efforts, another incident occurred in which my child was kicked in the eye. What concerns me most is not simply that incidents can happen when children are together, but how concerns are handled afterward. As a parent, I expect timely communication, appropriate supervision, accountability, and a meaningful response when I raise a safety concern. I have tried to be patient, understanding, and reasonable throughout this process. Unfortunately, I have reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable simply waiting for things to improve. My children’s safety has to come first. I had hoped management took these concerns seriously and used this experience as an opportunity to evaluate supervision, communication, and how safety concerns are handled. The regional manager and senior regional manager lacked empathy, consideration bore understanding. Ultimately, because my children no longer attend, it was pushed under a rug.

  Horrible daycare they will not take care of your child properly they hit kids and don’t change them regularly. Had multiple issues with the staff of this daycare
