Crown Senior Living is an assisted living and memory care community conveniently located on Shadeland Avenue off of Interstate 69 in Indianapolis. Crown Senior Living uses a personalized program of care, which includes moving away from task-oriented care and moving toward person-centered care. We believe in getting to know each individual we serve by learning his or her life story. This knowledge of each resident’s life and who they are helps us to individualize our care to fit each person. Crown Senior Living is an affordable senior living option. All of our apartments have large, sunny windows and are private with private bathrooms. We accept private pay, veterans’ Aid and Attendance, Medicaid Waiver and long-term care insurance.
