  I absolutely love Bearsdale KinderCare! The staff truly care about the children and treat them like family. Christine, the Director, and Stella, the Assistant Director, are both amazing. They aren’t just sitting behind a desk or treating you like you’re just another paying parent, they know you by name, they know your children, and they take the time to build real relationships with every family. They interact with the children and parents daily, and there’s never a dull moment! My children love going every day, and that gives me so much peace of mind. One thing I really appreciate is that the teachers are actively engaged with the kids. They’re on the floor playing, teaching, interacting, and making learning fun instead of just supervising from the sidelines. Another thing I absolutely love is the daily updates and photos they send through the app. It’s so reassuring to see pictures of my children throughout the day participating in activities, learning, playing with friends, and having fun. It helps me feel connected even while I’m away and lets me see all the wonderful experiences they’re having. Every teacher we’ve encountered has been loving, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. It’s clear they provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where kids can thrive. I highly recommend Bearsdale KinderCare to any family looking for a daycare with caring staff who truly go above and beyond for the children.   Truly wonderful childcare experience. The staff showed such genuine involvement in fostering my child's learning and development skills. It truly feels like a supportive atmosphere. I'm grateful for the nurturing environment provided. It has made a significant positive impact for my daughter!

  Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I really dont want to go into full details other than them needing more staffing and ensuring all items they are labled as "keep out of reach of children" are put up when not in use under supervision. I've also know other parents to have children hurt and no one knows what happened. This is a sign of lack of supervision. Yes the staff are busy tending to other kids and no 1-2 person can watch 24 kids kids at a time while attending to all needs.
