  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10! KINDERCARE IN HIGHLAND, INDIANA, DESERVES ALL THE PRAISE! As a mother, nothing matters more to me than knowing my child is safe, loved, supported, and actually LEARNING when I leave him in someone else’s care. After a disappointing experience with a previous home daycare, finding the right environment for my son was extremely important to me. I am very protective of my child, I pay attention to EVERYTHING, and I will always be his biggest advocate. So when I say KinderCare in Highland has exceeded my expectations, I genuinely mean it! First, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Director Ms. Laura, Assistant Director Ms. Pam, and Assistant Director Ms. Amanda. These ladies have been nothing short of AMAZING since my son started attending. From the moment we walked through those doors, the experience has been different. You can tell when a center genuinely cares about its children and families. The welcoming atmosphere, communication, and kindness make you feel like you and your child BELONG there. Now, let’s talk about my son’s teachers in Classroom 3A, Ms. Dejah and Ms. Nereida! MY GOD! These two are a DUO that KinderCare got absolutely RIGHT! I truly could not imagine a stronger team for my son. He started already knowing things I had taught him at home, and in just two and a half weeks, going on three weeks, I have noticed a HUGE difference in his development. His vocabulary has EXCELLED! He is becoming more confident in communicating his wants and needs, and seeing this progress makes my heart so happy as his mother. The welcoming atmosphere does not stop with the directors or classroom teachers. It extends throughout the entire staff. Employees acknowledge you, engage in conversation, and make you feel welcome. Those little interactions matter! Parents want to know their children are more than just another name on an attendance sheet. We want to feel comfortable asking questions and communicating openly with the people caring for and educating our babies. KinderCare in Highland has given me that feeling. But do you know what makes this experience even more special? EVERY MORNING, MY SON SAYS, “MOMMY, I’M READY TO GO TO SCHOOL!” He NEVER said that about either of the two previous centers he attended. Hearing those words means EVERYTHING to me. My baby is excited to go to school, and as a mother, knowing he looks forward to being there brings me so much joy. That alone speaks volumes about the positive experience he is having. As parents, we hear horror stories about childcare centers, and those experiences can make trusting others with our children difficult. Every center is different, but KINDERCARE IN HIGHLAND IS A SOLID 10/10 IN MY BOOK! My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful we made this decision. Ms. Laura, Ms. Pam, Ms. Amanda, Ms. Dejah, Ms. Nereida, and the entire KinderCare Highland team, PLEASE KNOW THAT YOUR WORK DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED! Early childhood education is an important responsibility. You are helping shape little minds, build confidence, encourage communication, and create positive experiences with learning. That deserves recognition. I will ALWAYS advocate for my baby, and I will always speak up when something does not feel right. But I also believe in giving credit where credit is due, and this team deserves every bit of it! From one mama who only wants the BEST for her baby, THANK YOU for making this transition such a positive experience for both of us. My son is learning, his vocabulary is growing, and he is waking up excited to go to school. What more could a mother ask for? KINDERCARE HIGHLAND, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!   The teachers are really nice. The pricing and system they use is ridiculous. You get charged for every little thing including a summer fee on top of your weekly charge … they sugar coat all the “extra” things they do to justify the charges when really it’s no different from any other daycare or preschool. They don’t have actual classrooms just a building separated by fake walls and small doors so very chaotic. I was being told that my kids were being close to getting kicked out due to lack of emotional regulation (twin 3 yr olds) so I went ahead and found a different daycare that had actual classrooms and separate classes for them. And apparently I was supposed to give them two week notice and they slapped me with a 700$ fee for that … $700 FEE I have never had to deal with such an expensive and stressful daycare . I’m so happy I left because I found much better places and so much cheaper for equal to better care

  KinderCare Highland, Indiana, is more than just a daycare; they truly value family. My baby has been with them since she was two, and now she’s five. They’ve provided her with a wonderful foundation for her future learning. I’m so happy and a little sad at the same time. Laura, Pam, and Amanda are truly the best for always being there to help with everything. Thank you to all the teachers: Ms. Lexie, Ms. Erin, Ms. Iona, Ms. Kaelyn, Ms. Nereida. And a very special thank you to Mrs. Kaycee, who loved on my baby last year. We were going through a really tough time, and all the teachers loved on my baby, and I can’t thank them enough for that. Thank you. I’m going to miss all the teachers, all the good mornings, and all the wonderful smells. I love you all, and thank you again.

  We couldn’t be happier here. Our two daughters have each received exceptional care and are thriving in this environment. The teachers, aids, directors and all of the individuals who support the daily operation, put forth so much care and love into child development. My daughters feel safe, welcomed, supported and excited to go to school. They really enjoy the daily activities, connecting with classmates and sharing stories with their teachers and aids. At the end of each day, they tell us how their day went, how much fun they had and what they learned.
