We are deeply grateful for everything you all did for our family. A special thank you to Carmelita and Aisha. Aisha went out of her way to make sure the funeral went smoothly, and her care meant so much to us.
- ABAntonio BaxtonJan 13, 20221.0Staff is very unprofessional. Even on the day of my father's funeral the woman who was organizing the transport was insensitive and unprofessional. My father recently passed, and we allowed the girlfriend to make arrangements as we are out of town with the understanding that everything would be presented to us for approval, but we were treated as if what we had to say was not important and everything had to go through her. Even when I called to ask a question I was hung up on. It was the most unprofessional and heartbreaking experience that I have ever had an no one should be treated this way when they have lost a loved one. In the future, before you take sides (which you shouldn't because its business) please speak with all parties and make sure you are speaking with the actual next of kin. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone even for pet services.
