    as an occupational therapist - i greatly admire the strong efforts and kind hearts of every person i have met that works here each staff member has a great mindset to support the children with encouragement, clear boundaries, creativity, and knowledge in many areas 📚

    After 5 years, I finally decided to write a review about this horrible place. I had the worst experience ever at this daycare. One day as I was going to check on my one year old, I saw his teacher/nanny on her way out for lunch break and she mentioned that the receptionist is taking over her classroom. I heard a loud noise coming from my son's classroom and I asked my colleague who joined me that day, to look through the window. She couldn't believe what she saw and she told me to take a look. It was the receptionist or the old witch as I should call her changing for my baby while hand gagging him because he was crying. when I saw this I opened the door instantly and she picked up my son with no diaper on and claimed that she was trying to calm him down so he won't wake up the other kids. I was in a shock that day. I left my job the next day so I can stay home with my son because I was unable to trust anyone with him after this incident. I never reported this incident before but today I was going through my e-mail and saw one of the pictures that Kelly Majors the centers director had sent me of my son at that time and saw his swollen eyes from crying so much probably and remembered this horrible incident. I did report it his to the director of the center, Kelly Majors, at the time but she wasn't cooperative. Her excuse was that this receptionist has been with them for so long and she has never done anything like this before. She even refused to go back to the cameras and check. She claimed they were not working.
