I am happy everyday that we chose Creme for daycare.
My first impression walking into the school is that is smells good! It is clean and organized. And there are cute displays outside of each classroom.
The teachers are wonderful. They are invested in my child's development and are thoughtful and considerate about what my child needs in order to be successful.
The curriculum is exceptional. It's the best curriculum I've seen. There is a clear theme and continuity throughout the theme segment. The goals are appropriate and entertaining. My 2.5 year old goes to STEM and attends Spanish! Like what?! I never had anything like that growing up. Everyone in our personal life comments on how smart my child is. I'm so proud.
And the extracurriculars available for us to sign up for DURING daycare hours... chefs kiss. I sign my child up for everything because he loves it. I hear the possibility of a robotics extracurricular? So cool.
I toured the daycare thinking that I may not be able to afford it. It's way nicer than other daycares in the area. But when I saw pricing and that, at the time, it was only $25/mo. more than the others we were considering AND they provide diapers, AND they provide bibs, AND they provide wipes, AND they provide pacifiers, AND they provide diaper cream. All I have to do is bring clothes and bottles and they've got the rest? That was an easy yes.

We've been part of the Crème family for ~3 years now and it's been a fantastic experience. We originally came from Primrose in West Carmel (do not recommend AT ALL) and the difference in care is night and day.
We've seen everything from transitional toddler classes to pre-K curriculum, and the services provided are top notch. Kids do culinary classes, creative play, dance, STEM, Spanish lessons, and more. We didn't attend the private Kindergarten they provide, but the parents who did spoke highly of the experience.
Our oldest child (5 years) started at his official public school for Kindergarten and we decided to use Crème for after-school care. Crème provided transportation from his main school back to their facilities which was an amazing service. I had a very positive experience with their after-care program, but I don't have any other examples to judge it against so your mileage may vary.
Finally, our oldest attended summer camp for two consecutive summers and loved it. Year-to-year, they improved the offering substantially. Two field trips a week, plenty of water play, and fun, unique activities inside of the facilities? It was hard to get our son to leave some days!
Overall, great experience! I've recommended Crème to friends and I'd recommend it to anyone reading this review -- especially if you have kids that struggle with sitting still. Revolving classrooms are a life saver for hyper kids!

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Crème School in Carmel! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed by the warm, caring staff and impressed by the beautiful, clean facility. The teachers genuinely care about each child’s growth and happiness, and it’s clear they put their hearts into creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
The communication with families has been excellent, and I always feel informed about my child’s day and developmental progress. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed with a great balance of learning, creativity, and play, and I’ve been amazed at how much my child has learned while still having so much fun.
One of the things that stands out most is the positive atmosphere. Every staff member greets children with kindness and enthusiasm, making drop-offs easy and reassuring. It’s such a comfort knowing my child is surrounded by people who truly care.
If you’re looking for a preschool that offers exceptional teachers, enriching activities, and a place where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive, I highly recommend Crème School in Carmel. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Wow, what an absolutely terrible experience all around. We removed our child from the toddlers suite after attending just 5 days, without hesitation. We did not feel comfortable with her continuing to attend after just the first week.
Each day, between pickup and drop off we witnessed what was clearly an absolute train wreck of a program. Children were constantly crying and in distress and staff sounded inconvenienced by the concept of trying to hold or console the child and instead opted to wipe counters and act busy.
None of the staff are full time, even the “main” teacher. They all just sort of float in and out of the class, so expect a stream of relative strangers “taking care” of your child. When you ask how your child is adjusting or doing you will not receive anything more than a “good, but I wasn’t there the whole day” from anyone. No one is actually in charge here, nor has any training.
Zero security. Buzzed in each day no problem, no questions. Able to pick up our child from a class with a different teacher in it each day, they don’t know who the parents are. Real safe.
Despite what you may be led to believe there is no curriculum. Nothing enriching happening in these classrooms, even the few books they have available for the kids are tattered.
The sheer disparity between the program we were sold during our tour and the total mess we witnessed, and unfortunately subjected our child to for a week, is incredibly frustrating. Each day our child cried at drop off, and came running to us balling at pickup. We were willing to attribute it to adjusting to a new center. However, after switching to a new center, after only 1 day, she is happy and wanting to stay. She was trying to tell us, and I’m glad we listened.
There’s better options, nearby, for the same price point. Look elsewhere.
