  I would NEVER recommend this KinderCare, especially to parents of children with ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, or any child who may require a little extra patience and support. Our child attended this center for 2½ years, and the way his Pre-K experience ended was absolutely disgusting. Management told us their “behavior intervention plans” were simply meant to track patterns so they could figure out how to better support him. We trusted them. Meanwhile, it became very clear that they were actually getting their ducks in a row to disenroll him. We were even PAYING PRIVATELY for an occupational therapist to come into the classroom and work with our child, and they still didn’t give the process a genuine chance before removing him. If your child doesn’t fit perfectly into their little box of what a preschooler should look and act like, good luck. Instead of teaching, redirecting, accommodating, and working with families, our experience was document, document, document—and then get rid of the problem. On top of that, the center was frequently disorganized, dirty, and appeared to struggle with staffing and ratios. What makes me angriest is how deceived we felt by management. Stop pretending you are creating “intervention plans” to help children when parents may actually be watching a paper trail being built to justify disenrollment. Children with behavioral or developmental differences are not problems to eliminate because supporting them requires extra work. After 2½ years of trusting KinderCare with our child, I am disgusted by how easily he was discarded when he became inconvenient. Parents of neurodivergent children: please think twice before trusting this center with your child

  We began attending Brownsburg KinderCare shortly after the current director took over the center. She is a godsend to our family, and we love the staff at this center! All the teachers knows both my girls by name and love them like their own, and my oldest never wants to come home! We are so thankful that we've had so much support over the last ~3 years at Brownsburg KC!

  Before coming to kinder Care, I had my daughter attend Chapel Glen Learning Academy. While my daughter attended that daycare I had found out that she was being left to cry in a corner from 9:30am-12:45pm with no teachers wanting to console her. My daughter’s teacher was very rough with her leaving bruises on her spine, ears and arm. During nap time, right in front of me my daughters teacher grabbed her and forcefully slammed her down on her nap cat which then resulted in my daughter having bruising her face. After this horrible experience, I left Chapel Glen Learning Academy. I took my daughter out of child care as she was traumatized with being away from me. 3 months later I took my daughter to Kinder Care and my daughter instantly felt safe there. She was running up the teachers and giving them hugs, letting other staff hold her and even going to her classroom with no issue. The staff at KinderCare is nothing but amazing. They truly care about each child that attends the daycare. I have seen multiple teachers go above and beyond to make sure each child feels welcome and comfortable at KinderCare.

  We transferred from another center in June, and of course that transition was hard for my kiddo. Holly and her staff at this Kindercare worked with me to help my kiddo adjust to an entirely new life. She's learning more and more every day she is there, and has a positive attitude again! We love this center and glad we decided to come to this one!
