  At first I liked this daycare when my child had the first teacher. Then she left. Then for several months up until I took my child out there was no main teacher. It was just whoever. After her main teacher left I had a few different problems come up. My daughter always seemed so unhappy leaving her there. Also the report said she ate most of the food. Yet she was always starving when she came home. After I took her out she was no longer starving in the afternoon and looks happy. Often times she had marks and bruises and there was a few different accident reports. Dropping her off at times sometimes there was not even a teacher and they were in the room alone. I have no regrets pulling her out after the main teacher left. It's unacceptable for no main teacher for as many months till I took her out. Who knows if or when there was one. The main teacher filling in she did not seem to be happy around ever and no kids in the class seemed happy.

  I have 2 boys attending Winfield Kindercare and they love it! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I love the new app they have now where you can get updates and pictures of your kids throughout the day! My boys are always happy when I drop them off and pick them up from here. I have no complaints! Keep up the great work here! Thanks!

  My daughter has been attending the Winfield Kindercare for 1 year and 4 months. I have never had a bad experience. I have seen her development improve so much and I am so thankful for all the help and love from the teachers and the rest of the staff. It’s a great place for your child to be, they’re making friends and learning so many things. Much better than having a designated baby sitter or nanny.

  This place has put me through Hell and back since the New director and new teachers came in a couple months ago. My 2 year old has been biting ONLY the teachers and now they kicked him out with no conference meeting or anything to let me know he was to be removed from this day care. Very unresponsible and lack of care for my child. There are NO CAMERAS to even determine what really goes on in the Toddler room for them to keep putting the blame on my kid. No right ups for when my child got scratches or marks on his body but always right ups when my son has done something. Please I TEAM reporters investigators help me with this horrible situation this kindercare has put me and my 2 year old through.

  We've been attending this Kindercare for 3 years- now going on 4 and have nothing but great things to say! We absolutely love the staff- our kids have developed great bonds with them. They take the time to really get to know our kids and what makes them tick. They are always willing to work with us- either with schedules or the ups and downs of our kids' development. The staff is well lead by a great director and co-director that have very high standards. We just had a third baby and was a little apprehensive about going into the baby room as this will be our first time sending a newborn to Kindercare (we did at home daycare with our first 2 until they were 1 and 3) but they've been wonderful answering all of my questions and putting me at ease! To those who are on the fence my suggestion is to get to know the staff- this is the best way to feel connected and to really know how your kids are doing adjusting. My kids have learned SO much while here. My son was totally prepared for kindergarten and my daughter well acclimated to playing with other kids and learning from teachers. We looked at many facilities and stuck with this one for the staff, amazing curriculum, and happiness of my kids- seriously- they love it here. Wouldn't choose anywhere else!
