Our baby is currently in the infant class and I cannot say enough good things about our experience so far. While I was pregnant, I toured just about every daycare in the area and the warmth and sense of community I felt from this Kindercare location is what led me to choose this Kindercare, in addition to the experience of their teachers! This is our first baby, so I was worried about him starting daycare and my transition back to work. Ms. Krizia and Ms. Danae have calmed all of my worries with their communication and updates throughout the day. They greet him each day with a warm welcome and are so helpful with beginning and end of day transitions. On our first day, our son’s crib, drawer, and other spots around the room were already labeled, which provided me comfort that they were so prepared and ready to welcome him. Kassidy has been so flexible, welcoming, and responsive to communication. She is very approachable. We are excited to see how our son continues to grow at Kindercare. I feel very lucky to have found a place that I can trust to take care of my baby each day. I will continue to recommend this Kindercare location to all of my friends and family.

We have had a great experience with Vernon Hills KinderCare. From the first time I visited the center, I really liked Kassidy’s warm and welcoming personality, and that was one of the reasons I decided to enroll my child here. The teachers are kind, caring, and friendly, and I really appreciate the way they communicate with both children and parents. Whenever I send an email or have a question, I always receive a quick and helpful response. I especially appreciate how responsible and responsive the team is. Overall, I am very happy with our experience at Vernon Hills KinderCare and feel comfortable having my child here. Thank you to Kassidy, Rachel and all the teachers and staff for everything you do!

I couldn’t be happier with our experience at KinderCare in Vernon Hills. My child, Lorenzo, attends here, and it has truly been a wonderful environment for his growth and development. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. They take the time to get to know each child individually, which really shows in how comfortable and happy Lorenzo is every day. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is in a safe, nurturing, and structured setting. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in his social skills, communication, and overall confidence since starting here. The daily activities are engaging, educational, and fun, striking a great balance between learning and play. Communication with parents is excellent—they keep us informed about his day, progress, and any updates, which I really appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend this KinderCare location to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching daycare. We are so grateful to have found such a great place for Lorenzo!
