  After having numerous recommendations for CDW, and hearing that they had an open availability, we were excited to tour the campus. I reached out the the enrollment specialist to double check the availability and set up a tour and double check with the assistant director about the open availability as well. Both were very helpful and answered all our questions and reassured us that there was open availability. They let us know that once we registered, there would be someone who handles the scheduling reaching out to us with the offer. We followed the process, signed up, paid for the registration fee ($150) and waited for the offer to enroll our child. Heres where things went south. The open availability they stated, was not flexible. It didnt align with our schedule or what we could work around. I went back and forth with the schedule for a week and not until I push for a refund did they really looked into the schedule and offer what we had asked for. It still didnt work since it would still have been weeks later than what we needed. While this place may be great, their schedule is not flexible and you need to bend over backwards to accommodate to them.

  This center is phenomenal. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐️ After researching and struggling to find a place for my son who was diagnosed with sensory processing disorder, I am so thankful to find CDW@Play run by Bright Horizons. I don’t work at CDW but the center is open to all families. From the moment of first contact, Carrie made sure we were well informed, answering any and all questions in a timely manner - but also welcoming us into the community. The KPrep teachers Emily & Daniella are such an amazing resource. They have educational backgrounds & experience paired with the most amazing attitudes - which can easily be seen by anyone visiting the classroom at any time. The team there makes you feel like family while also helping your children excel academically and socially. Nothing seems too difficult for them to handle - and always with a warm smile. I highly recommend!!!

  Our family is incredibly happy with Bright Horizons at CDW at Play. We've had 3 children cycle through from the infant room on up through K-Prep. They have been overly prepared for Kindergarten, and went into school reading and writing. Aside from this, the exceptional care they receive is very much appreciated. The teachers are true gems at this center, and have been a large part of our children's growth. The center does a good job of updating, keeping the center well maintained, and updating processes and protocols as needed. We are very grateful for everything this center has to offer.
