- JWJin WangAug 10, 20265.0Our family LOVE this place and feel very grateful. Everyone is so great and kind. My kid likes to be greeted by the management team at the entrance then start his day with breakfast in the classroom. Teachers are super patient and supportive. My kid also loves the indoor climbing wall and the big and nice outdoor playground with sand box.
- YNYimberly NApr 21, 20261.0After having numerous recommendations for CDW, and hearing that they had an open availability, we were excited to tour the campus. I reached out the the enrollment specialist to double check the availability and set up a tour and double check with the assistant director about the open availability as well. Both were very helpful and answered all our questions and reassured us that there was open availability. They let us know that once we registered, there would be someone who handles the scheduling reaching out to us with the offer. We followed the process, signed up, paid for the registration fee ($150) and waited for the offer to enroll our child. Heres where things went south. The open availability they stated, was not flexible. It didnt align with our schedule or what we could work around. I went back and forth with the schedule for a week and not until I push for a refund did they really looked into the schedule and offer what we had asked for. It still didnt work since it would still have been weeks later than what we needed. While this place may be great, their schedule is not flexible and you need to bend over backwards to accommodate to them.

The teachers did a great job getting to know him and helping him adjust to the environment. They kept me updated on how he was doing throughout the day. I knew he was in good hands in a safe, fun environment.
- SKSamera KurianAug 26, 20225.0Our family is incredibly happy with Bright Horizons at CDW at Play. We've had 3 children cycle through from the infant room on up through K-Prep. They have been overly prepared for Kindergarten, and went into school reading and writing. Aside from this, the exceptional care they receive is very much appreciated. The teachers are true gems at this center, and have been a large part of our children's growth. The center does a good job of updating, keeping the center well maintained, and updating processes and protocols as needed. We are very grateful for everything this center has to offer.
