Growing Awareness Counseling

I am a Illinois-based Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I offer telehealth and in-person therapy sessions. Currently accepting BCBSIL PPO, Cigna, and Aetna. I also can provide a sliding scale for those who choose to pay out of pocket. I take a holistic approach meaning I acknowledge the physical, psychological, relational, and environmental needs of an individual. I enjoy helping people through many different issues however, I have a particular passion and interest for working with adults diagnosed ADHD, Anxiety, and depression; as well as navigating life's transitions, relationship issues, and questions of identity, meaning, and purpose.
