I wish I could give less than a 1 star. Back in September a teacher put her hands on my son and was seen by 2 other staff members being rough with him. She grabbed my son aggressively/roughly sitting him in a chair and grabbed my son aggressively to line him up causing his head to hit the wall. This experience has been so traumatizing for him and my family. I thought the situation was handled, but it wasn’t. The teacher is currently employed with this center and I am worried for the safety of other children. If you do not have patience or love for working with kids, then you do not belong in childcare. Parents trust staff members to take care of their children with love and respect and unfortunately that was not my son’s experience. Management needs to do better on protecting all children in their care and holding their teachers accountable.

My niece, who was 5 month at the time, was left unattended when she was crying. When she came back home her butt was not wiped properly and had poop residue that left her with bad rashes for the rest of the week. This was truly heartbreaking for me and for her parents. No child should go through this. Understandable that it could get busy and all but there really need to have a proper intention when caring for children who are so vulnerable, especially when they are infants/babies and toddlers. Please have proper staffs that really cares for children instead of the ones that just take it as a job that brings them income.

Our son started here four months ago at 2.5 years old and his language abilities have easily quadrupled. His teachers engage him daily and he comes home excited to tell us about his day. The staff were very understanding of our apprehension to leave him away from us and the center director and I worked out a gradual plan for him to spend more time at the center each week. Our son loves to come home and talk about his teachers and his new friends. The staff are always trying to keep the facility clean as I notice them washing blankets and mopping floors at the end of the day. The only thing that has always bothered me is the location near a liquor store but the facility is fenced in and there is a code to enter so safety around the facility is addressed as best as it can be. I’m glad I chose kindercare over Montessori because I think my son needed the structure and would consider putting my second son here if we are still living in the area.

Really good daycare and company. If u are ever in need of a daycare always try to go to a kindercare. NOT a Jennifer's kids. Trust me, that place is really dirty, their staff is REALLY rude, there was slime in thier corn dogs, and they dont wash their cups out at all
