- DSDavid SantaFeb 16, 20251.0I wish I could give less than a 1 star. Back in September a teacher put her hands on my son and was seen by 2 other staff members being rough with him. She grabbed my son aggressively/roughly sitting him in a chair and grabbed my son aggressively to line him up causing his head to hit the wall. This experience has been so traumatizing for him and my family. I thought the situation was handled, but it wasn’t. The teacher is currently employed with this center and I am worried for the safety of other children. If you do not have patience or love for working with kids, then you do not belong in childcare. Parents trust staff members to take care of their children with love and respect and unfortunately that was not my son’s experience. Management needs to do better on protecting all children in their care and holding their teachers accountable.

I have never felt more comfortable with anybody watching my son, and he LOVES his teachers! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

My children overall enjoyed their time at KinderCare, especially at this location. The only down fall was the lack of professionalism and patience a few teachers/care takers had towards the children. Thankfully my children rarely complained.
