  A place that truly cares for our children! I am so thankful to have come across Bright Horizons, a place that not only cares for our child but also focuses on his learning and development. From day one, the attention to each child has been exceptional. Every teacher and staff member knows my son’s name, which reassures me that they see him as an individual and not just another head in the room. One thing that has truly stood out to us is the extra care the staff provides. For example nap time for our little guy. Our toddler loves to protests naps regularly at home, but the teachers here patiently soothe him to sleep and even give us recommendations for pointers, and he actually naps there—a miracle! We also love the updates and photos we receive on the app. Although the app could use some improvement, the teachers go above and beyond to keep parents informed and share sweet moments of our children throughout the day. Bright Horizons also sends monthly newsletters about the center, along with key updates specific to our child’s class. Each week, the teachers share a detailed curriculum so parents know exactly what developmental areas they’re focusing on. It’s not just play, but play with purpose, thoughtfully planned out to aid in our kids’ growth. You can tell that each element of their day is carefully crafted to help them learn, develop, and thrive. The center also provides in-house support for speech therapy (as well as others), which we deeply appreciate for our son’s development. BH is more than just a daycare or early learning center—they truly care about our child’s growth and well-being. In the 8+ months we’ve been here, we’ve seen such a positive transformation in our 2-year-old, and we can’t imagine another place that would give us the same level of comfort and confidence. Our son is especially close to Ms. Megan, and it warms our hearts to see how much effort she puts into his care. He adores her and is always sitting in her lap during circle time! The connection they share speaks volumes about how dedicated the staff is. Bright Horizons has been a blessing to our family, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff who nurture and help our child thrive!

  This daycare/school go above and beyond our expectations. It's such a wonderful place for our daughters to go 3x/week and interact with other adults and children, learn SOOOOO MUCH, play outside and simply advance themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. Our daughters will be at Bright Horizons until they start full day school and we couldn't be more excited. The teachers and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and deserve so much credit for everything they do. Thanks BH Family!

  We had our son here from the time he was 1-year for over a year. I could honestly not be happier with the care we received. The people at Bright Horizons Schaumburg really care about the kids. We decided to switch our son to a different daycare that was closer to our home, but ended up sending him back to Bright Horizons Schaumburg after a few months because we were so much happier with them. They did such an amazing job constantly keeping us informed and telling us, not just when an issue arose, but also the great milestones that our son was achieving daily. Our son truly loved being there and I never had to worry when I dropped him off. I recommend this location to everyone I know with little ones.

  We could not be happier with Bright Horizons in Schaumburg. Our son gets so much energy expelled and has so much love for his teachers there. Ms. Bessy and Ms. Megan are amazing in Toddler 3! My husband and I have no worries when we drop him off and know he is in excellent hands. He actually takes better naps with them then he does at home. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. They are truly incredible!

  I wouldn’t change them for the world. The whole staff lead by the director are so kind and carrying. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a piece of mind that their child is in great hands!
