- AMAlejandro Mendoza3 days ago5.0We have two children who attend BH, and we’ve been happy with our experience. The facilities and play areas are excellent, and the curriculum is both comprehensive and engaging. The teachers enjoy working with young children. Overall, we’re very pleased with BH and feel it has been a wonderful environment for our kids to learn and grow.
- JBJennifer BerginJul 31, 20263.0Positives: ● The facility is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. ● There is a wonderful outdoor play area that provides the children with plenty of space to play and explore. ● Several of the teachers are exceptional. They are caring, engaging, and create a positive learning environment for the children. Areas of Concern: ● A themed book was introduced in the classroom that included illustrations of a pregnant man and same-sex couples in bed together. This happened on October 23, 2025. ● I have observed some teachers displaying negative attitudes toward the children, also with each other - including yelling, relying on time-outs as discipline, and taking away a child’s comfort item as a consequence, including my son. They claim these approaches aren’t allowed, but they do them anyways. ● Not all teachers / rooms will update the app - so you do not know what your child ate, slept, ect.

The people at Bright Horizons Schaumburg really care about the kids. We decided to switch our son to a different daycare that was closer to our home, but ended up sending him back to Bright Horizons Schaumburg after a few months because we were so much happier with them. They did such an amazing job constantly keeping us informed and telling us, not just when an issue arose, but also the great milestones that our son was achieving daily. Our son truly loved being there and I never had to worry when I dropped him off. I recommend this location to everyone I know with little ones.

Ms. Bessy and Ms. Megan are amazing in Toddler 3! My husband and I have no worries when we drop him off and know he is in excellent hands. He actually takes better naps with them then he does at home. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. They are truly incredible!
