  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the St. Charles KinderCare! Currently, two of our three children attend, and we’re excited for our youngest to join in 2027! After recently moving, we were nervous about switching centers because we absolutely loved our previous KinderCare. However, this team has gone above and beyond. The management team—Krystal, Ally, and Laura—is truly one of a kind. They are always welcoming, available, and incredibly supportive. Every morning and afternoon, our entire family is greeted by name, even by teachers outside of our children’s classrooms. Ms. Donna genuinely adores our son and has been wonderful throughout his transition. Ms. Noemi always knows how to make our children smile and laugh, Mr. Aiden is always upbeat, and our school-aged daughter cannot say enough great things about Mr. Caesar! The entire staff is great and you can tell they truly love to be there and what they do. As parents, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your children are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful this incredible team is part of ours.

  Krystal the director is horrible. she won’t protect your child if they’re getting bullied or things stolen from them by other children in the center. she hires people (youngish girls that she can manipulate and pass her awful qualities onto) who don’t actually care about their jobs, specifically the school age “teachers”. Krystal is just very fake, once you’ve been there awhile you start to see her mask fall and realize that she doesn’t care about any of the children. Save your child the trauma and avoid this place like the plague!!!!

  Used to love the place even with the few incidents I have had there with some staff. However, apparently the director feels the need to gossip and spread her own feelings about her own opinion of me treating my two year old different than my 5 year old. Mind you, she doesn’t see me for more than 2 seconds in the morning when I drop the kids off and again in the evening at pickup. I do not tolerate people who gossip and say things that they do not know anything about and hearing that was said was not only a shock to me, but also a 100 percent reason to pull both kids out of the center.

  Krystal the director has been great, along with good communication skills. Prompt to help out if needed. I like the open hours and it helps with my long days for work. My child enjoys going to this daycare along with her peers.

  My son has been going there since August of 2018, and they have been amazing with him. The staff is always friendly and they treat my son very well. They take an interest in helping him achieve and celebrate his milestones, as well as give great feedback on his daily experiences. They provide a safe and happy environment and we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose this location.
