- AAAmelia AielloNov 30, 20245.0We have two children at Bright Horizons at Rosemont and have had a wonderful experience. We found BH after moving our first child from a different daycare center. It was a big of a change for us as it was for her. The BH team immediately put us at ease, communicated frequently and really supported our daughter through the transition period. They've taken great care of her and now our son, who started with BH as an infant. The teachers and center directors are nurturing, knowledgable and care deeply for the children and their families. Our children have learned so much from the teachers -- the same is true for us as parents. The facility is bright and child-friendly. We highly recommend Bright Horizons at Rosemont to anyone seeking childcare and education in the area.

They send a weekly email on the food for the week along with activities planned. Their timings ( 7 15 am to 6pm) are perfect for us. They are also accomadating with requests. Absolutely recommend this place. Surprised at the low rating on Google. Update to review ( Feb 3rd 2026): "We moved our daughter to a new daycare after relocating to the Naperville area, and the experience was significantly different compared to Bright Horizons. The new daycare was very supportive of potty training, allowing our daughter to stay in underwear so she could learn, whereas Bright Horizons required us to put her back in a diaper after two or three accidents, making it harder for her to progress. After moving to the new daycare, she was fully potty trained in about a month. Based on this experience in comparison to Bright Horizons, we are reducing our rating from 5 to 4 stars, as potty training is very important to us and we had been under the impression that Bright Horizons’ rules were standard across all daycares.
