  Gracious peace to Georgios banquets establishment. The Beth Eden Baptist Church celebrated our Pastor’s 40th anniversary on 5/2 and my Wife and I just wanted to convey our appreciation for the service and care rendered by Ms. Portia Berry. She truly is a credit to the highest standard of your professionalism and quality control! Her personality shone through as she treated us as family while maintaining excellence in her decorum. We have attended many banquets in different venues and Ms. Portia Berry is the Gold Standard courtesy and care. Thank you. Blessings.

  Absolutely worst banquet Hall I have ever been to in my entire life. Went there for a Church's 40th anniversary. The were servers poorly trained l. I literally was at a banquet and waited 2 hours for my food while everybody else got theirs only to be told they didn't have any food left. The server in charge came to me instead" I thought someone came out and told you a while ago". Chicken was clearly made in bulk disgusting and dry in a horrible thick butter sauce the salmon would have maybe been edible if it wasn't also in cased in the gross sick cold butter sauce. The mashed potatoes looked like cardboard right out the box. Very reminiscent of what they used to serve at my grandmother's nursing home. Definitely not worth a $65 ticket The servers barely checked the table and came to check on anyone and to top it all off I had to wait exactly 48 minutes for coffee. The only reason I got the coffee was because I had to get up and wait by the internet exit door to the kitchen and catch a server and ask for coffee for the fourth time to finally come to my table. When the coffee finally came that is when I realized the majority of the coffee cups were shipped or had lipstick marks on them. This is actually a bacterial and safety hazard to have chipped China in use by guest. I left without eating. Then as I go out to my car I happen to see two of the servers go behind the water tower which is in the parking lot smoke weed with their work clothes on and then head right back in. Realizing that one of the servers was the one who were supposed to be taking care of my table. I've seen many replies from the owner when other people have not left good reviews about how this doesn't align with their reputation however I have my ServSafe certification and I've been in the restaurant business for a very long time. So if there is a response to this a very accurate review I hope it doesn't deflect and fall on the consistency that was in the past because I am stating my experience which was current May 2, 2026 very disappointing disgusting. I understand that this banquet Hall has provided service for over 40 years but clearly they have not sustained a consistent quality. I won't talk about the mishandling of food that I saw on the banquet floor but if I was a health inspector it would be about a C+.

  Attended a wedding here. It was very well done. The entrance could be brighter and more welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. I left before the meal was served so I cannot comment on the dining experience. Overall, I would rate it a B-, because if the ambience.

  The staff was pleasant, but the room left much to be desired, especially at upwards of $200 per night. The nozzles in the shower head were dirty and clogged, with only about 2/3 of the water coming out. Plus, streams were shooting off to the side, which sprayed outside of the shower even with the curtain pulled. There are sizable cracks along the shower stall and along the walls throughout the entire room, and the ceiling looks a mess, too. A portion in the center of the room looks like it is about to collapse from water damage above. Panels from the blinds are missing. The carpeting is visibly stained and gross. The smell of people smoking weed throughout the entire 4th floor was enough to stink up my own room as if I were Grateful Dead show. And I woke up to rainwater pooling on the windowsill next to the bed. The $200-per-night cost is for the illusion of elegance, but the in-person ambiance has all the aesthetics of a Motel 6 experience.

  Thank you to Georgios for hosting our wedding 03/27/2026! The venue was beautiful. They are very attentive and check in multiple times during the planning process. They respond quickly to emails and we're very accommodating to diet requests for dinner. The bridal suite was also very nice! Tricia and Stephanie were very helpful and patient during planning and Heather was our day of person. Would recommend to host your wedding.
