- KSKatie Shiro3 days ago5.0We had such a great experience at Bright Horizons Naperville! Our kids were in classrooms from infants to preschool, and we loved every class. The teachers are super caring, from classroom teachers to aids who rotate, all knew our kids well. I noticed our kiddos growing so much in their abilities as well as a result of being in the BH program. The center was also really well run with super organized communication. Overall we really loved it here and would highly recommend BH Naperville!

- AAAlexTAug 7, 20251.0I am beyond disappointed and disturbed by the level of unprofessionalism at this child care center — especially from the management team. The way they handle concerns is dismissive, defensive, and completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to care for children. Even worse, there are teachers currently employed who have mistreated my child, and when I brought this to the attention of management, nothing was done. There was no accountability, no urgency, and certainly no compassion. It’s clear the well-being of the children is not their priority — protecting their staff is. Parents, please be cautious before trusting this center with your child. No family should have to experience the lack of basic care, respect, and safety that we did. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
