If you're looking for a pre-SCHOOL that will help nourish your child's strengths and has a gameplan to help your child grow and learn, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place that you can drop your kids off at while you work and basically be a full time babysitting service, there's less expensive options out there. Would not recommend.

I waited over a year to post this review. I thought with time the jagged edges of betrayal and disgust would soften and I could be more objective. This review is not about venting although I’m sure it will be tinged with it. It is to make sure you, the person looking for a safe place for your child, will not make the mistake of leaving your child in this center’s ‘care.’ I look back and see so many deficiencies with this Bright Horizons. I’ll share three highlights.
There was a child in my son’s class with behavior issues. This center was not equipped to handle them. They let my son get hit, yelled at, and taunted to the point where he turned into a completely different kid. Not a word from his teachers. I finally put the pieces together based on my own observations at pick up and a whispered comment from a different teacher at the school. Thank god for her. Too bad for my poor kid who endured this hell.
The director should seek help for her own behavior issues. She is defensive and vengeful. The anecdote that sums her up well is that after she was fully exposed in front of her management team for the bad behavior in her center and I was leaving she sent a note with the final bill saying she would send it to collections if I was late. I never paid a bill late but it was the only leverage she could still muster. Imagine someone like that having complete autonomy over your toddler. We all know they can test nerves. We also know they are completely defenseless against an adult’s ire.
I didn’t know my son’s teachers. That sounds strange, right? The fact is I never saw them. Trust me, that is not how it should work nor will it lead to good outcomes. They make it impossible to reach the teachers through the app and when I did have a ‘conference’ with one she just asked if I had questions demonstrating little to no knowledge of my son.
The building is nice and the food seemed good, but none of that really matters. It’s about the people who are with your kids all day. You cannot trust these people. I’m left wondering how on earth this place keeps its accreditation.

My child attended this daycare in 2017–2018, and the memories from that time still haunt me to this day.
During her time there, she was hurt, isolated, and not properly cared for. I picked her up multiple times in a rush situation, only to find her diaper completely full of stool, unchanged for hours. Cried out. On one occasion, I picked her up and her ears were hurt.
There were many mornings when my daughter, who was only one year old at the time, would scream and cry, begging me not to leave her there. She was too young to explain what was happening, but her reactions were heartbreaking. When teachers greeted her, she would scream back instead of responding normally — something no parent wants to see.
I remember the name of one teacher, Veronica, and I also have photos from that period. At one point, because I was so concerned, I waited outside to observe. I witnessed my child being kept on the ground and not allowed to participate in a game for no clear reason. That moment confirmed my fears.
This experience traumatized my little girl, and I deeply regret not speaking up more strongly at the time. I was young and unsure of how to handle the situation, but even nine years later, it still weighs heavily on me.
There was a Romanian staff member who, toward the end, tried to help me keep an eye on my child to make sure nothing bad would happen. I am grateful for that support.
I can stand behind everything I’ve written here - this is not fake. Please protect your children and do not be afraid to speak up. What happened during that time was unacceptable and unimaginable in a place that is supposed to care for children.
