  I cannot say enough good things about Dieterle. Genuine care and concern. Honesty. I never felt any pressure. Becky was extremely patient and kind throughout the process. They even called to check on us a week after the funeral to see how we were doing. At such a difficult time , their professionalism and kindness brought a great deal of comfort to our family.

  Living in a time where many things are unpredictable, unstable and uncertain, it was a breath of fresh air to have worked with Cindy and the entire staff at Dieterle. From the first interaction to the time that Cindy went over and beyond to see that we had what we needed, Dieterle was excellent in their care for our entire family. Thank you!

  I truly cannot recommend Dieterle Funeral Home enough. From the moment we contacted them immediately after my dad passed away, our family was overwhelmed with grief, emotions, and uncertainty about what came next. From that very first moment through the day we laid my dad to rest, Roy, Bridgette, and the entire staff treated my dad and our family with an incredible amount of compassion, patience, dignity, and respect. Roy was amazing throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything to us and made what could have been an extremely overwhelming process feel manageable. During our planning meeting, he walked us through everything we needed while also being incredibly flexible with what our family wanted. From the prayer cards and flowers to the details of the viewing, service, Mass, and burial, we always felt heard. What stood out to us most was just how accommodating everyone was. There were multiple times when we asked if something could be changed or realized that something we had originally planned wasn’t going to work, and they moved things around and made adjustments simply to make sure everything worked for our family. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, we were given the time, patience, and freedom to make decisions that felt right for us. They also gave us the ability to truly personalize my dad’s viewing. We were able to arrange the room with posters, photographs, personal items, and tables displaying things that represented his life and hobbies. Because of that, the room didn’t just feel like a funeral—it felt like a reflection of who my dad was. So many of our family members and friends told us afterward how beautiful and unique his funeral was and that they had never attended a funeral that showed so much of who the person was before they passed. That meant more to us than I can put into words. Most importantly, my dad was treated with dignity, respect, and care. He looked amazing at his viewing, and we received so many compliments from family and friends about how wonderful he looked. Knowing he was being cared for so respectfully gave our family a sense of comfort during an incredibly difficult time. The same level of care continued throughout the viewing, funeral, Mass, and procession. Everything was organized beautifully, and the staff remained attentive and respectful the entire time. Even at the Mass, Roy took the time to thank everyone and personally acknowledge and thank the mariachi for helping make the Mass so beautiful. It may seem like a small gesture, but moments like that showed us how genuinely invested he was in making my dad’s service special. The funeral procession and burial were just as beautifully handled. From the moment my dad was taken from our home until the moment we buried him, we felt like he was in good hands. Even after the funeral, Dieterle continued to help our family with paperwork, death certificates, keepsakes, and any questions we had. Their care never felt transactional. It felt genuine. Losing my dad was one of the hardest experiences our family has ever gone through, and I will forever be grateful that we chose Dieterle Funeral Home to help us through it. They allowed us to create a funeral that was completely tailored to our family and, most importantly, to who my dad was. That is what made his services so incredibly special. To Roy, Bridgette, and the entire Dieterle staff: thank you for taking such wonderful care of my dad and our family. Thank you for your patience, your compassion, and for going above and beyond for us so many times. We will never forget the kindness and respect you showed our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. I couldn’t recommend Dieterle Funeral Home enough.

  Becky and the staff at Dieterle’s were kind and helpful during a difficult time. A number of my relatives, over the past decades, have had final arrangements made through Dieterle’s, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
