  Staff is nice, although the building always smells like feces. Director is not professional. There was a billing issue. Called her to address. Claims to have communicated important information via email and phone yet no emails or voicemails ever received.

  My son loves Kinder Care. He has learned so much. The teachers really care about the kids. I would definitely recommend the phonics class, really gives the kids a head start in learning letters and letter sounds.

  We absolutely love Kindercare in McHenry. As a first timer at day care I was scared but knew my daughter needed the socialization. Sooo glad I chose them! They truly care about your child. When she was upset at drop off her teachers would cuddle her until she calmed down. (Always by the time I was done signing get in, I'd peek in on her prior to leaving and by then she's up and playing). My favorite part is they send you home with a daily report and pictures of her day & working on projects! They do so much fun stuff with the children and it's educational! Not only does she have fun, but she's learned so much and daily! She now loves going and I'm 100% comfortable leaving here there! Highly recommended

  Absolutely horrible place to bring your child especially if separated and need to go by court order. The management there is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and literally yell and scream and will argue with you. The place should be shut down or new managers and assistant managers at the very least. They don't even read court orders or only read parts of it and go off there interpretation of it or what your ex tells them. Paperwork plain as day says my time is after work but no sooner than 3 but the black girl that works there wanted to raise her voice at me saying I can't pick him up any sooner than 530 and wanted to argue with me about when I get my son in which he's my son I know when I'm supposed to get him and she wanted to raise her voice at me and argue with a customer who's kid goes there. If I get off at 3 she's not allowed to pick up my son after 3 or she's interfering. If I get off at 4 she's not allowed to take my son that's court ordered yet they let her take him at any time and then I gotta pick him up from my ex n she causes even more drama in front of my son. It doesn't say my time is when I get there it says when I get off work and I'm off at 3 yet they continue to violate court or constantly by giving him to her on my time. I also told countless people there my business is my business and they are not to tell my business to my ex yet first chance they had they called my ex and told them my business and started a 3 week war between me n my ex instead of minding there own business. I didn't want my son to go there and my ex brought him there anyway and the manager let's her take my son even on my time and interferes with court order because she says my ex is the paying customer and allows my ex to show up on my time and lets her in and causes drama in front of my son and in the parking lot instead of setting ground rules for a stress and tension free environment for me and my son and other kids and parents. The managers only response is your ex is the paying parent call the cops if you want and hung up on me after her yelling at me on the phone with nothing but disrespect. Karen should loose her liscence and be fired
