  🚨🚨🚨🚨Edit for another horrendous Update: AUDIT AUDIT AUDIT EVERYTHING I reached out to Ms.Cassie regarding this situation. Through email to explain everything that happened. Ms.Cassie the director never emailed me back regarding absolutely anything. Ms.Cassie and I have never spoken about the police situation with the school teacher Ms.Sara. regardless of the generic Ai reply to my original review. I made the report and Ms.Cassie never reached out or said anything to me. ALSO throughout the time regarding my payments. I would receive late fees. Ms.Cassie out of her mouth said all late fees would be waived because they weren't my fault that the CCAP payments were never made on time. I spoke with the YMCA regarding this claim the YMCA stated the late fees were nothing pertaining to the CCAP payments being made. So Ms.Cassie was charging me late fees for I suspect personal gain,I have proof I paid some and again it would show late fees. Ms.Cassie stated all late fees would be waived but she couldn't waive them all at once. So a month later after my DCFS claim, I called Ms Cassie . I told her I was unable to login to Kindercare and access my payment documentations. After a $3,000 notification came to my email saying that was due. I asked Ms.Cassie about all the late fees and how was I being charged over $3,000. I asked her to please send me everything. She had my email. She told me not to worry about it ,that she would continue waiving the late fees that were not my responsibility and it was no way my bill was that high. It has now been over 2months and she has refused to send me any paperwork. Any proof of the waiving late fees. She has lied this entire time. Completely ghosted me, refused to send any paperwork. To make the matters worst , till this day we have never spoken about what happened at her daycare center. On the one phone call I've had since my report , she never mentioned my son, asked how my son was doing.Nothing was ever mentioned regarding the incident. She said she was sending all my paperwork over and end of conversation. I have received a letter of collections and this is unacceptable being that she led me to believe lies over all these months. How would a facility let a parent go over $1,000 in late fees. But $3,000. This is corrupt. If it happened to me ,it will happen to you. CHECK CHECK ALL PAYMENTS AND KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE FROM THIS horrible daycare that has done nothing absolutely nothing but disrupt my son's life and my financial stability. It has been nearly 3months and my son still clear as day states what was done by Ms.Sara. Again, God will handle everyone accountable. 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Make sure your kids are coming home in their correct diapers size and the diapers you bring to this location are being used for your child. I had a consistent issue regarding this matter. Multiple marks left on my child, bloody diaper rashes consistent for 2weeks even after I spoke with Ms.Sara. my child's teacher unfortunately. she did not do anything to help my child until I spoke with the assistant director. My child never came back with a diaper rash again.it was evident his diaper rashes were just of pure neglect. Why was there no change until I spoke to her boss? If I couldn't touch my son changing him, I can only imagine how Ms.Sara was treating him. The very last day I came to pick up my child from this location ,I found a used diaper in my child's cubby that was not theirs or their size. Whoever found it on top of the shelf to throw it away, can confirm it. It's clear how much they respect parents of the children. Also the type of respect for their supervisors when they refuse to follow clear cut instructions of making sure the kids are comfortable in their correct size diapers.Ms.Cassie and her assistant director were great to me and I appreciate them. It was a very unfortunate situation to have to deal with the police department and DCFS regarding another separate incident with Ms.Sara. Everyone will have their days they deserve . God doesn't like ugly. There is a God and He sees everything.Thank You

  What an absolute blessing it was having my daughter attend school here. The leadership at this school is excellent. I just know that this school has made a tremendously positive impact on me and my daughter. This school is safe and well equipped with teachers who understand kids.

  Lashonda avoids confrontation and hides in the back lol who made her a director. Very unprofessional this place is a whole disaster that obviously has the director to blame. She will even avoid answering the phone so she just doesn't do her job and hires the most unqualified staff. There's a reason why this kindercare is the worst rated one in the area.

  The team at KinderCare Lisle has been fantastic since I've had to put my infant in their care. They've been fantastic throughout the COVID-19 pandemic with updated cleaning and health requirements, and they stay on top of the latest recommendations from all sources. The infant room ladies are great at providing updates throughout the day via their app, and seeing photos during work always brings a smile. Highly recommend!
