This place has gone so much down hill they’re understaffed and no one is happy here. And the main person at the front desk rosemary has an attitude anytime I say hi to her. Or anything Like that. And rosemary is a warden even Alice is the absolute worst.
Choosing an assisted living community is so tough, but we are so happy we chose Evolve for our mom. The staff here made her feel genuinely welcome and cared for from day one. There were SO many special people who were absolutely wonderful to her - I wish I could name them all, but this review would be too long! Every single person, from the front desk to the nurses, aides, housekeeping, and kitchen staff, offered a level of loving attention that left us in awe, particularly near the end. It’s a truly unique place where even the residents are friendly, smiling, and interacting with visitors, and friendships made among themselves.
To give a fully honest perspective to other families, no community is ever going to be 100% perfect. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, like a rare late medication or a meal she wasn't fond of, but it really comes down to communication when those things happen. The staff at Evolve were always so thoughtful and understanding - they took those hiccups to heart and genuinely worked to make things better. Adjusting to this new way of living was also an ongoing process for our mom, but the staff never stopped trying to meet her where she was and make her comfortable.
Looking back at the big picture, the care here couldn't be beat. It is an amazing place, and it was the perfect living experience for her.
My mom is a resident at Evolve and I was able to attend a passover dinner with her yesterday which was so nice
The chef Ralph prepared all of the food which turned out to be delicious
We had matzoh ball soup, Chopped liver, gefilte fish, roasted chicken And vegetables.
He prepared and presented the Passover plate and food, which was commonly done at all Passover Seders.

My husband and I attended the Evolve Palm Sunday brunch with my sister, who lives at Evolve. Everything was awesome, from the great food, fun decorations, dessert table, Easter Bunny visit, and also the guest violinist who played during dinner. The staff at Evolve always goes out of their way to make life more fun and healthy for their residents. A big shoutout to Chef Ralph for planning, cooking and coordinating the brunch.

Absolute 5-Star experience at this year's pre-Easter brunch. Chef Ralph could not be a nicer guy, and always makes our cousin Steve feel like a VIP. Steve loves the compassionate care he receives and the kindness of the staff. A fantastic community!
