- AFAdele FreemanSep 3, 20261.0This place has been ran down to the ground by poor leadership from an inexperienced executive director who is always on vacation and no one to oversee such a massive memory care community. The Solera leadership team should be ashamed of who they put in place to allow being understaffed, mismanaging medications, and an incompetent business office manager that overcharges and doesn’t follow up. My family is currently seeking other communities for my nana to leave this place as we cannot deal with care staff that aren’t retained, agency workers who don’t know the residents, and state surveyors interviewing for abuse and neglect on a consistent bases. Residents don’t get enough food, the community smells, and the staff aren’t happy and are openly expressive about their similar feelings. Sad, but not the best place for senior loved ones.
