  We walked in to pick up our 2 year old daughter this week and found her screaming and crying for help as a teacher we had never met was leaning on her over the changing table and yelling at her face to face. This was after we witnessed and reported to the director an incident last week with a different teacher verbally mistreating a 2 year old boy in the same bathroom. Just learned there was an incident of physical abuse in Feb 2026 reported to the police. It's worth noting that our experience with teachers Tanya and Ina (since departed the school) was wonderful. They were both extremely caring and loving with our daughter.

  Everybody at Creme is absolutely lovely. There is so much warmth from everyone as soon as you enter. You truly get the sense that they care about your little one. My baby has been there for a while and she loves it! Special shout out to the teachers Ms Rukhsar, Ms Letsha and Ms Turkia for taking such good care of my baby! The staff (Ms Macy and Ms Yolanda) are also so kind and invested in every single child.

  Ever since Director Kesha has left the building the whole school has gone downhill. A lot of teachers have left, there’s a lot of new faces as well but they don’t bother to update parents about the staff turnover. Lack of communication between directors and parents, teachers too. Makes you question if they’re really the “best of the best” like how they say they are!? I’ve heard that staff is getting burned out, no support system for them either, no wonder they leave! This place is nothing like how it was before! I wanted to enroll my kids for summer camp but it’s not worth the hype! Don’t bring your kids to Crème!!

  I have been very pleased with Creme. I like the fact that they move rooms every 30 minutes, both of my kids seem to like it as well. As with many daycares, there is turnover, but we have been quite happy with all of the main teachers our girls have had over the years. Most recently our 4 year old moved to a new teacher, Ms. Raisa and she has learned a tremendous amount in the short time spent with her (not to mention happy b/c she is a loving teacher). I'm very impressed and would recommend her for pre-kindergarten for any child.
