  We have had an extremely pleasant experience at KinderCare for the past two years. Our son enrolled at 4 months old and is about to enter the 2 year classroom. Ms. Nikki and all the teachers we have had the pleasure of meeting have been nothing shy of warm, welcoming, and inviting. They get to know each child and their individual needs very well, helping to teach them through play and social interaction, while celebrating milestones.

  Our daughter just spent the past couple of months in the infant room and I have nothing but positive things to say about her teachers. In addition to their love and care, they provided her with enriching activities to promote her cognitive, social, and motor development. My husband and I are both teachers, so we said goodbye for the summer. On her last day, we were both so touched by the kinds words her teachers shared with us. From the first time we toured the facility last summer, Ceci made our family feel welcomed at KindCare. On the first day we dropped our daughter off, Lupe made us feel like she was safe and in good hands. Brielle could always get a smile from our daughter and made sure to share all of her accomplishments with us. Brielle also said her laughter would sometimes wake up the other babies… so sorry about that! I always appreciated how Brielle and Lupe always took the time at pick up to describe our daughters day. They would also share observations and things we could look out for at home. Tamera and Sarah rounded out the team in the infant room and contributed the positive environment. If you’re looking for a place for your little one, I definitely recommend the team in the infant room!

  Our daughter just spent the last few months in the infant room at Evanston Kindercare, and we have nothing but incredible things to say about the care and attention she received there. The whole staff were kind, caring, and attentive, with Ms. Cece, Ms. Lupe, and Ms. Brielle as real standouts in making our daughter feel safe, loved, and continually enriched. Cannot recommend the infant room here enough!

  The worst daycare and the biggest scam ever!!! The director gives out gifts for those that give 5 star reviews but this daycare is nasty. My son attended this daycare for just a month and encountered hand mouth disease and Covid. The teachers are always sick and always absent. And they still expect you to pay. The director is rude witch that is ignorant and full of drama. I reported this daycare to DCFS because it’s always cold. My son always came home hungry because no one had patience to feed an 8 month infant. They literally don’t care. Anyone who loves their child would never send their kid here. If I can give a a no star review I would.

  I would never recommend KinderCare evanston to anyone. First I brought my warm loving child into that school. I get a monster in return literally my child didnt listen he was always fighting being stubborn. And my child is never like that he is the nicest most respectful toddler you could get. I was getting calls every day to come get my child. If i am paying a daycare I expect the school to be able to handle all behaviors. But they could not so i pulled him out. They over charge for lord knows what. To over charge someone and you cant do what im paying you for was ridiculous. So glad he is not there anymore i put him in a different school and now he is back to his normal well behaved self!
