  My wife and I will soon become permanent residents of The Roosevelt at Salt Creek. The Extraordinary management skills of Tam Wagner, Executive Director, have been experienced by us every time we come in contact with representatives of the property. I wish to mention, in particular, Bill Hickey, Residency Counselor, who has extended himself on numerous occasions by guiding us through the process effortlessly. Everyone on The Roosevelt team is pleasant and anxious to assist in any and every way possible.

  The Staff at The Roosevelt is terrific, but Bill Hickey the Residency Counselor is absolutely AMAZING! Both he and the Executive Director Tam Wagner have gone out of their way to assist my father, Peter Catelli who is soon to become a new resident there. Bill has especially gone out of his way on several occasions to assist through the process making it not only a painless process, but very pleasant, enjoyable and something to look forward to. I am very grateful to Bill, Tam and the rest of the team at The Roosevelt for their efforts. Thank YOU!!!!

  I will gladly give the The Roosevelt at Salt Creek Five STARS. The recently renovated building is amazing inside and outside with the overall hospitality ranking as one of the very best. I have been entertaining this ELMHURST location for 15 years or so & am happy to recognize just a few of the all-star staff members: Katie Yoho, Jessica Childs, Louie and Malenka In the Life Enrichment department are wonderful. It’s so great when I see smiles & laughter, dancing & singing across the board, from residents, family members And staff ! Respectfully submitted Frank Rossi Entertainer.

  The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is simply stunning. We recently visited after the completion of its renovation and were amazed to see everything come together. The community feels like a luxury hotel, with beautiful furnishings, elegant colors, and thoughtfully designed spaces everywhere. What impressed us most is that it’s not just beautiful but there is so much happening. The new programming has been phenomenal, offering residents a wide variety of engaging activities and experiences. The spa is a wonderful addition, featuring massages, manicures, pedicures, and hair services. The dining room is absolutely gorgeous, and the private dining space with wine lockers creates a special setting for entertaining family and friends. The residents say they all absolutely love living there.

  There is nothing more comforting than knowing your loved one is happy and at peace. Since moving into this beautifully renovated senior living community, my dad has truly found a place he can call home. He often tells us how happy he is here, and seeing him smile and feel so content means everything to our family. The renovations have made the community feel warm, inviting, and comfortable, but it’s the caring atmosphere that has made the biggest difference. My dad feels safe, welcomed, and genuinely enjoys being here. It’s such a blessing to see him thriving and embracing this chapter of his life with so much peace and happiness. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped make this such a positive experience for him. Thank you for giving our dad a place where he feels truly at home.
