  Im very happy to have found this daycare, this is the best place I’ve found for my child, and I have to thank Ana, the School Age, Michelle, the Assistant Director, as well as Shelly, the Director for being so helpful and for going well beyond my expectations.

  We are so grateful for the love and care our 2 year old daughter receives at this daycare! She absolutely loves going, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her. Miss Dalia, especially, has such a special connection with our daughter. One morning during drop-off my daughter was having a hard time and Miss Dalia immediately picked her up, held her close, and comforted her. I watched my daughter completely melt into her arms and I could see just how safe, loved, and comfortable she feels with her. As a parent, there is truly no better feeling than knowing your child is being loved and comforted when you can’t be there. Thank you, Miss Dalia, for loving our sweet girl and making daycare feel like such a safe place for her.

  Long read!!! We have been part of this daycare since April 2021, and both of my kids have attended over the years. Sadly, this is the last year. I can genuinely say it has been one of the most reliable and reassuring choices we have made for our family. Technical points for what I’d choose this daycare over and over again: - they are closed only a few federal holidays a year, not like others - every red marked day in the calendar. - they provide different parent-survival programs like before and after school, summer camps, several enrichment programs like cooking classes, yoga or STEM - they are RELIABLE. Never in 5 years was I called to pick up my kids for any reason. I keep hearing stories from my friends, how their kids are being sent home because they’re crying, loud, sick, difficult, needy etc, you know, being kids. But, of course, the most important one is the PEOPLE. I am not a people person🤷‍♀️ But I will forever remember these people for all the love, patience, care, respect they poured into my kids. Which now made me picky about the environment I put my kids into. If your kids don’t have teachers like Ms Laura, Ms Gen, Ms Ana, Ms Jackie, Ms Kara, Ms Brittney, Ms Yasmin, Ms Lauren, Ms Dalia, Ms Maria, Ms Natasha and literally any teacher from TLTEW, they miss in life, seriously 😅Entering this establishment every day and seeing Ms Michelle, Ms Shelly and Ms Steph, gives you a piece of mind. If you want a shorter opinion, I’ll just say: “They have teachers working there for 15+, 20+, 30+ years. I think this says it all!” P.S: I didn’t forget Ms Dawn, Ms Mary, Ms Coletta, Ms Melissa

  I overpaid my tuition bill while waiting for assistance approval and when it came in, I was due a refund and it was never received over a month and a half later. I believe there’s way better options in the area, think twice before choosing this school.

  I went here on a recommendation from a teacher and here’s my experience and overall recommendation. Nice facility. Appears clean. Love their indoor gym too! Huge bonus. Getting enrolled was a little messy and disorganized. Actually I toured and sent follow up and took days to hear back from either director. Shelly and Michelle seem to be on different pages sometimes and communication can be missed or in error. Once enrolled, my daughter (2) seemed to really struggle to adjust. Every morning was a fit, this was abnormal as she usually adjust well after a few days. We transferred to KinderCare of Elgin on Bowes right after learning tree and adjusted right away. We attended Learning Tree for 3-4 weeks, she never adjusted before we left. Very not like her. If you’re little one may also be clingy and struggle to adapt; this may not be the school for you. Very large classroom size, staff is stretched thin in my opinion to really bond and nurture in mornings (before 9am). Also, if you’re using CCAP and have an approval it doesn’t matter until they get change of provider completed. Totally their choice and one they can make just heads up prepare 1-2 months in advance if you rely on it to pay for childcare because they expect full rate until the change is complete even if you already have an active approval. I really regret keeping my daughter there as long as I did and should have went with my gut for KinderCare on Bowes.
