- MSMonse SosaJul 30, 20215.0My son has been in KinderCare since he was a baby, we love the place! He enjoys going everyday to learn and play he has learned so much and the teachers are really nice, I like that they send daily pictures of what he is doing in class.

Although things with covid have been a bit difficult as far as direct communication with teacher but my wife had great communication with jennifer and silvia. They gave us a virtual tour and have been very accommodating when it comes to schedule changes.

My son had an incident report of another kid biting, hitting or scratching him like every other day. Sometimes the teacher would tell me they didn't know how he got. He wasn't even one yet so why was he not being watched constantly. I've also never seen my son scream the way he did when I dropped him off there. When I switched him to a new daycare he was excited to go in the mornings.
- MSMonica SoteloApr 22, 20191.0Ever since Tiffany left the center I’ve had nothing but a hard time. The new director Jennifer is horrible. Shes so rude. I didn’t even know who the new director was until i started asking around since she did not introduce herself. They had amazing staff and everyone is leaving all of a sudden. I asked staff why they were leaving and they all said it was because the new Director and they didnt enjoy their work place anymore. Mrs. Christine and Mrs. deb are still there, they’re e great with my son. I will be looking for a new daycare center. Its sucks since its so close to my home.
