  This place is not good at all my kids went for 3 weeks my daughter got bitten and they called and told me at 5:55pm. It was like they had no care in the world. I did not like the way they treated my son when autism that they told me they take. It was horrible! Happy I took my kids out!

  At the beginning of the Journey with this Kindercare, it was amazing, Tiffany The director at the time was great. She was always well informative anytime I called in and ask questions or asked about my children she was very knowledgeable and respectful. Tammy and Carrie we’re also favorites of my children as well as myself! Always happy to be dropped off to one of the three. My sons teacher Miss Mina was always so kind and kept me up to date. There’s another two teachers that I cannot remember the names of offhand that were great as well. However, since there has been a new director and employees have been dropping like flies things have not been the best there’s been incident reports, missing supplies, miscommunication, and situations that have arise upon picking up my children. To the women I have named and the two that I I am unable to remember have been great to my children and unfortunately only two of them are left at the center. I would give five stars had all the teachers still been there. Tammy is still with the center & I couldn’t be more grateful for her staying, and another teacher. If it had not been for them, I would’ve pulled my children IMMEDIATELY. I will be moving my children to another daycare, KinderCare. Hopefully this centers new employees will turn the place around but with my children, I can’t take the chance. Thank you so much for those whom I have named, and the two I can not seem to remember the names of.

  My son used to go here and it wasn't the best place to leave a child. My son had an incident report of another kid biting, hitting or scratching him like every other day. Sometimes the teacher would tell me they didn't know how he got. He wasn't even one yet so why was he not being watched constantly. I've also never seen my son scream the way he did when I dropped him off there. When I switched him to a new daycare he was excited to go in the mornings.
