  I highly recommend Elgin Granite Works! They did an absolutely beautiful job on my loved one’s headstone, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. From the beginning, they were professional, organized, and extremely attentive. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure the details were handled with care. They were patient throughout the entire process and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. What stood out to me most was their compassion and understanding. Losing someone you love is incredibly difficult, and having a company that treats you with kindness, empathy, and respect makes such a difference. They understood that this wasn’t simply a project—it was creating a lasting memorial for someone who meant so much to me. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were exceptional.   It was very difficult to make prearrangements for a head stone for my sister. Chase at Elgin Granite Works could not have been more considerate when I was trying to pick just the right stone. I had to work within a budget, he was so kind and showed me the options and figures. Well when I received the layout and sent it to my sister she did not like it. I called Chase and explained he said “no problem I will send you a new layout”. Elgin Granite Works is fantastic! The new layout was just perfect. Chase made a difficult job very easy. Thank you for your kindness and compassion!
