Save yourself the time. My interaction with this facility and its representatives felt less like a genuine spiritual discussion and more like a high-pressure sales pitch for a pyramid scheme.
First, the young missionaries at the facility gave off an uncomfortably forced, fake energy. Trying to have a substantive conversation with them was like talking to middle schoolers reading from a script—endless repetition, canned responses, and no actual ability to engage in a real back-and-forth about faith or God’s word.
The worst part, however, was the older representative who joined over the phone. Talking to him was like dealing with a cheap 1970s used car salesman. He was patronizing, arrogant, and repeatedly rude while thinly trying to mask it. He had zero interest in listening, projected his own confusion onto the conversation, and tried to act like an authority when he clearly had no idea who he was talking to. Total Tower of Babel experience—just endless, unscripted nonsense mixed with high-pressure tactics.
Instead of grounding anything in solid biblical truth, they constantly tried to force the Book of Mormon into the conversation and rambled on about concepts like "free agency" (which sounded more like a discussion on independent freelance gigs than actual faith).
It’s clear they aren't looking for sharp, discerning adults—they are looking for people who won't question the script. If you’re looking for authentic spiritual growth, clear truth, and mature discussion about Jesus, you will not find it here.

I Loved This Church!
While visiting Chicago for a medical conference I decided to attend church. This Christian service was inviting and faith filled. Many families with little children as well as a diverse mix of worshiping adults. Three different meeting times: 9 am, 10:30 am, and 12 noon.
