  Staff are awful about following up with prospective parents. Did not answer phone 6/6 times I called them. Answering machine wasn’t working either. Did not respond to emails either. Not pretty but this is all true and happened within the past 4 weeks.

  Infant B was an amazing experience for it little. He would have the best days with the 3 teachers there. The staff were always helpful and kind, even their temp director was amazing. I can't say enough good things about how loved our little was.

  Four months ago a friend referred us to South loop Kindercare and we love it! My son has learned so much and is always happy and smiling when we pick him up. I also appreciate the measures the staff takes to protect the little ones (my son will wear his mask with no problems now)! Jane never hesitates to address any issues or concerns I might have. All in all it’s been awesome!

  Not clean, very highteacher turn over and it the best teachers leaving. Not enough activities for the kids you find better at surrounding schools. I had to wait a while for entrance. Once in side not very clean.

  I do not have my kids here, but I come with them to the same park as these ladies bring the kids from daycare. This happens every day. The kids are not taken out from there buggy carts and they sit there whike the caregivers sit on their phone or talk with each other. And these kids can easily walk and enjoy the park. I would not want to see my kid sitting there and doing nothing just because the caregivers are too lazy to take them out and care for them while the kids run around. Other daycares come and let the kids run around and these ladies are still having their kids buckled up in their seats. I have pictures to prove it.
