  Rude receptionist answer the call today, she gave me attitude since the start of the phone call almost demanding for me to specify who had called me when the voicemail you couldn’t tell because they said a name and said to call back to that number. She insisted on me telling her and ended up sending me to intake. After I called back again to let her know intake was closed and she tried to call them left me on hold and when she was back she said intake was indeed closed for a meeting and started speaking fast explaining what to do once she transfer me again but I didn’t want to be transfer I wanted to speak to a supervisor because of the situation that’s been going on with my referrals but she wouldn’t let me explain and just wanted to be done with the call. She got super passive aggressive and started telling me I was being rude when it was her since the start being rude. She then proceeded to say ok say whatever you want to say and then il talk, but I told her no I’m going to ask a question and just answer it “who’s this number I’m calling” and she wouldn’t answer silence on the other end, then I said who am I speaking to, and again silence, it was clear that she got issued and was going to stay being passive aggressive!!! So I just said no wonder you guys don’t get anything done, and hung up! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!

  Whoever is answering the phones here or not answering the phones and hanging up NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!
