  I cannot say enough positive things about Marcey St Kindercare. Forewarning.. lengthy review coming in. My husband and I had a very long and stressful experience finding a daycare. By luck, we happened upon an open slot in the infant room in January (I'm writing this review 8 months later). As first-time parents, we were of course nervous as to what the daycare experience could be like. We were met with patience, kindness, understanding, and support, which made all the difference. Staff such as (but certainly not limited to!!) Ms. Jena, Ms. Denise, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Jasmyne, Ms. Maya, Ms. Maria, Ms. Dorothy, and Ms. Idenis, among the rest of the crew, have made an incredible impact on us and our daughter. Because of the attentive love and care they provide, I feel I can truly be a working mom and make both work! As an example, our daughter struggled to have an interest with solids. The teachers worked with us at every meal, every day, with patience and diligence to continue to introduce her and get creative. Her exposure and influence at daycare ultimately led her to finally coming around to it. Our daughter has thrived in their care -- she has hit milestones right on target, and even ahead at times. She is learning to express herself and I see her share hugs and kisses with her teachers. Each day when we walk into the building, she recognizes where she is and is bouncing with excitement. While we'd love to take the credit, it is without a doubt that it is also because of the love, kindness, and support she receives at daycare that she is the way she is. It is evident that our teachers LOVE their kids and go above and beyond the call of duty each and every day. In terms of some of the other logistics -- the facility is well maintained and they are responsive to repairs or unexpected needs; Ms. Jena is very transparent and communicative; we receive live updates on the app throughout the day as well as plenty of pictures; there is stroller parking indoors and vehicle parking out front; and they remain flexible to work with working parents as schedules change unexpectedly. While it might be a little bit deterring on the outside due to the hidden location, I highly recommend not judging a book by its cover and exploring the opportunity to join Marcey St.

  Our son has attended this center for almost 2 years. It is filled with the most loving and caring teachers who have made such large positive impacts on our child. There is an app where we get multiple updates throughout the day showing all the activities, circle time, play time, and meals that they have while at the center, so we are always informed of what is going on throughout the day. They provide breakfast, lunch, and multiple snacks each day for the toddler classrooms and older, so it makes mornings very easy. They also just renovated their outdoor play space / playground which was a nice refresh as well! The center's director, Jena, is always available and great at answering any questions that we have. She is great at following up if she can't answer questions right away such that we never have to wonder or worry if our requests are being taken care of. The center also holds fun events for the kids and for parents as well. It's a great daycare, and we are very happy to be enrolled here!

  Ms.Morgan and Ms.Karina are great. My daughter looks forward to school and seeing them. They are very kind! Ms.Karen and Teacher Casey are great. Ms.Karen is always willing to share with me what is happening in the classroom so I can implement at home. They are loving and patient teachers.

  My son is enrolled at LP KinderCare and I truly appreciate this team. I like how they keep me posted, send me pictures and keep good communication throughout the day. I honestly feel like they are helping him with his development! Thank you all so much.

  We found this center on short notice when our other child care center closed unexpectedly. The staff were friendly, warm and accommodating with our situation. Now we realize that we couldn’t have been more fortunate to end up here for our daughters care. We love the teachers and the caring learning environment!!! I feel confident everyday when I drop my daughter off that she will be safe and well cared for! Thank you kindercare Lincoln Park!
