  What a great place! My kids have made bonds and received loved that will last a lifetime. I love fox valley kindercare, both of my children are excited to go to school every day. My kids teachers have been instrumental in their growth. I love the app that shows me pictures of what my kids are doing throughout the day and the explanation of how its helping them learn. Both of my children have been attending since they were infants and we have had an incredible experience. Every step of the way our kids have been loved and guided with the utmost care. My oldest is now in the kindergarten classroom and absolutely loves Mr. Tyler! My youngest just moved up to the 2s class and is so excited to go to school every day. Thank you so much helping them learn and get prepared for grade school!

  We have had all four of our kids at Fox Valley Kindercare for 10+ years and have found our daycare for life! The teachers here truly treat each of the children in their classrooms like they would their own and are kind and upbeat! Our family has had an exceptional experience with all of the wonderful teachers- especially Miss Jess, Miss Yasmine, Miss Mandy, Miss Shelly, Miss Kavya, and Miss Solange in the infant/ waddler/ toddler classrooms. This center has truly felt like an extended family to us and are so thankful we have found such an amazing child care provider for all of our children. ☺️

  I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. There were many teachers here who genuinely cared about my children, and I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and effort they showed our family. However, I became increasingly concerned about the overall environment. My children frequently came home sick, which left me questioning whether cleaning and illness prevention practices were as effective as they should be. One of the most difficult experiences was being told my son might be on the autism spectrum based on behavior. While I understand concerns can be raised, the way it was handled caused our family significant stress. Since transferring to a new daycare, he has thrived and receives consistently positive reports. To be fair, the staff communicated with us regularly and often went the extra mile when behavioral concerns came up. I truly believe they care, and I will always appreciate the support they tried to provide. My concern is that additional training and resources for different temperaments and higher energy kids could help staff respond more effectively before jumping to conclusions. I sincerely hope these concerns are taken as constructive feedback because the teachers do have caring hearts, and with stronger health practices I believe this daycare could provide a much better experience for future families.

  We have had such a great experience with the infant room! The teacher truly loves what she does, and you can tell by how much the babies love her. She is very caring, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. She is also very communicative and always keeps us updated throughout the day, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the babies and wants them to feel happy, safe, and loved. We are very grateful to have her caring for our daughter!

  I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this childcare center and the entire staff. They have been such an amazing support system for both me and my son, and they have truly become a part of our family. The love, patience, care, and support they’ve shown my son, along with the kindness and support they’ve given me as a parent, means more than I can put into words. I will forever be grateful. It’s very bittersweet for us to leave because knowing my child was surrounded by people who genuinely loved, cared for, and supported him gave me so much peace of mind.Thank you to the entire staff for being a part of our journey and for all the love you’ve poured into my son. You all have made such a positive impact on our lives, and we will truly miss you. I highly recommend this childcare center to any parent looking for a loving, caring, and supportive environment for their child. ❤️
