  My kids started in daycare at 5 and 4 and 9 months old. They started at the mount prospect location. At the mount prospect we met Jackie, who is now the director here at south arlington heights. After a couple months jackie informed us that she would be returning to here center which was here at Arlington heights. I knew right away from that point on I wanted to make the change and switch my kids to where Jackie would be working. From the first day my kids started daycare Jackie has been nothing but helpful, loving, and caring towards my kids and family and to others. The first thing you think of when inquiring to put your kids in daycare is, will my kids be treated with love and cared for in love. At this daycare you feel exactly this and more. Jackie has done her absolute best to really change this location for the better. At this center we also have the assistant director, daisy. Ever since daisy came to our center she always made the effort to check in with families during drop off and pick up. Daisy is very loving, and caring towards families as well. Daisy does her very best to help with issues as well. Both Jackie and daisy go above and beyond to really make the center feel like a second home for families. With the family events they plan like, summer party, grandparents day and making each heritage feel loved. When people tell me they are thinking about putting their kids in daycare, south Arlington heights Kindercare will always be the answer.

  We started at this daycare when my daughter was three and it was her first daycare experience. She also has a speech delay, and the transition wasn’t easy at first, but the staff and directors were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They really took the time to understand her and help her feel comfortable and safe, and over time I’ve seen so much growth in her especially in her confidence and speech. It’s not easy leaving your child for 8+ hours a day, but I always felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. I’m very grateful for the care, patience, and love they’ve shown her!

  South Arlington Heights KinderCare has helped my child blossom into a very active and imaginative toddler. The teachers do a lot for the kids. Knowing that my child is in good (and reliable) hands makes all the difference. Thank you SAH KinderCare!
