- APAngie Peterson1 day ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heartfelt Care and Extraordinary Staff Our family’s experience with Summit Pointe Senior Living in Marion, Iowa, has been exceptional! Several years ago, we had a very positive experience with my aunt and uncle staying here, so when we realized that Mom was no longer able to live at home by herself, we already knew Summit Pointe was the absolute best choice for her. Leaving her home was tough for Mom, but the entire team made the transition so much easier. The facility itself is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Mom spent time in both assisted living and memory care, and through every stage, the staff—especially the incredible Resident Assistants—went above and beyond! These wonderful women made some very sad, difficult days so much brighter and easier to navigate. They treated Mom with dignity, respect, and deep kindness every single day. Most importantly, she truly felt valued, safe, and loved. I cannot thank the team at Summit Pointe enough for the compassion and genuine care they showed my mom and our family.

We also had a death in the family during the transition. The staff at Summit Point stepped up and provided the extra help and understanding through the Very Tough time. My folks were slow to grab on to the Summit Point Concept because they wanted to maintain their freedoms. Summit point will allow for the freedom to come and go, they provide many lively activities on campus, and provide meals of choice. So they soon found out that there were freedoms to enjoy everyday. I appreciate the efforts of the Staff at Summit Point, and if I would allow my folks to live there you can rest easy that your loved ones would be treated well and cared for appropriately.
