  I've been blown away by the compassionate care at Ramsey. We moved my sweet friend there after experiences with two other facilities. The contrast in the attitude of the staff was night and day. Ramsey took the time to know and understand my friend's needs as well as her preferences and personality. They shower her with the dignity she deserves - the dignity every human deserves. We're so grateful for Ramsey.

  A great place with a lot of caring employees. Each resident is treated like a family member.

  My brother was at Ramsey for a couple of weeks. He is a tough customer but his treatment was unacceptable. They would b Not. Respond to his call light, when they finally did, they would come in turn it off and tell him they would be back later, once I was there and asked for a barf bag as he was on his last one. It took them 23 minutes to respond and 53 minutes no one returned, no one in the hall and no one at the desk. We rigged up an ice container for him. They should be renamed a “ do no care center”

  The hardest thing I ever had to do was to tell Linda I could no longer provide the care she needed. A clean place and a happy staff were essential. I visited Linda over the course of her 11 months two to four times every week, roughly 150 times. I found the place clean. Linda was always clean, hair combed, clean clothes, bed made every time I visited. The staff was happy, which told me the administration treated them well, and the staff in turn treated Linda well. I found the staff friendly, many said hi to Linda whenever they went by her during my visits. Linda mentioned several times how happy the staff was. There were only two times that I thought the staff were unhappy - once Linda mentioned she didn't like the way a staff person spoke to another patient and one time I thought a staff member wasn't happy. I never encounter either staff member after those incidents. Whenever I talked with someone, they stopped doing was they were doing, gave me their full attention, answered my questions, and sometimes just listened to me ramble on. I was explained why Linda needed to be transferred from assisted living to memory care, to where she would receive hospice care, also informed about medicine changes. Rather than trying to single out incidents about the staff, I hope you got the picture of how my experience with Ramsey was. The next most difficult thing I encountered was leaving Linda after my visits. Knowing she was well taken care of brought me peace.

  After much research and many visits to other facilities to find a quality living apartment for dad, Ramsey ended up checking all the boxes for now and in the future. I feel he is getting the best care possible by a outstanding staff that makes it a comfortable and safe environment. I talk to him daily and trust me he would tell me if he wasn't happy. The management team are quick to respond and if I need a question answered they care for the residents like they are family. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my dad.
