- RLRobert LaRue5 days ago5.0Aloha!! Church sacrament services for visitors to South Kauai. We visited on 8/30/26 and are thankful to the local leadership and their willingness to hold a special service for visitors. We were told there's an early morning marathon on 9/6/26 that will interrupt travelers on the Kaumualii highway 50, so plan accordingly. If you have food items left over from your visit, there's a box in the foyer for dry storage items or contact the local RS president to deliver or for pickup. I'm not sure if they have a refrigerator in their kitchen so contact the RS president again for any such perishable items. Mahalo from the LaRue's.

For those that have food items left over from their trip, they have a box in the foyer for drop off of non refrigerated items and the wards RS president will get them to the locals in need.
