  During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Naomi at Cremation Services of West Hawaiʻi was truly a blessing. From the very first phone call, she treated our family with genuine compassion, kindness, and respect. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and understanding, making an overwhelming situation so much easier to navigate. Naomi went above and beyond to ensure our loved one was treated with the utmost dignity and care. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made us feel supported every step of the way. We will always be grateful for the comfort and peace of mind Naomi gave our family during such a heartbreaking time. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will treat your loved one as if they were her own, I cannot recommend Naomi and Cremation Services of West Hawaiʻi enough.   Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Cremation Services of West Hawaii, especially Naomi, for the exceptional care, compassion, and guidance she provided during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Naomi’s moʻopuna came to our home on June 24 to gently and respectfully bring our father into their care. From the very beginning, they treated our family with kindness, dignity, and compassion. When you’re grieving, there is an overwhelming list of things to do, and Naomi made the entire process so much easier. She guided us through every step with patience, understanding, and genuine aloha. When we returned the very next day to bring our father home, everything was ready and handled with the utmost respect. Seeing our father return home brought our mother tremendous comfort. Having him back where he belonged gave her a sense of peace during such a difficult time, and we are so grateful that Naomi helped make that possible. Naomi truly went above and beyond, and we deeply appreciated the compassion shown by both her and her moʻopuna. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care brought comfort to our entire family during one of the hardest moments of our lives.   It took over a week for the cremation of my pup that I paid over $500 for a private cremation. And then the worst part is that they gave her ashes back in a bag that has a number on it when on their website it states you get a cedar box. Also there was no sort of apology but Naomi for sure did all she could to talk me into the private cremation at $500 instead of the separated at $200. At that point she could have said would you like her back in an upgraded urn or something! But nothing said! With this sort of deception how do I even know that I actually got what I paid for??? Oh and when I asked for the box, Naomi stated that was the old website and they can’t update it. I replied to her then she needs to cancel out that site and create a new website that is accurate. Needless to say I am Very upset! I do not reccomend bringing your beloved pet here!
