We began using this kindercare 11 years ago when our oldest son was a toddler. We loved our experience and were so sad when it was time me for us to move on. Fast forward and we had a second son a decade later. Jessica being the director still made our care decision a no brainer. We came back and couldn't be happier with that decision. Jessica and Lauren lead with love, care and compassion for our little one. His teachers (Ms. Stephanie, Ms. carol and ma. Delaney) bring him so much joy. The staff and teachers are communicative and treat us like family. We recommend this location 100 times over. Thank you, kindercare goldenrod for the amazing experience you bring us and our little one every day!!

Google Review I would not recommend this location based on my experience. My child attended KinderCare previously, so I was comfortable with the KinderCare name and expected the same level of professionalism and care when transitioning to this new center. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I had multiple concerns regarding professionalism, communication, accountability, and how situations involving my child were handled. There were instances where I did not feel that my child was being treated fairly, and more importantly, I did not feel confident that my concerns were being taken seriously or that appropriate accountability was being provided. As a parent, once you no longer feel comfortable leaving your child in someone’s care, that is a major red flag. I ultimately made the decision to remove my child from the center, despite previously being a KinderCare family. I truly hope management takes parent concerns seriously and works toward creating an environment where children are safe, respected, and properly cared for, and where parents feel heard when they raise concerns.

Goldenrod Road KinderCare has been our grandson’s daycare since he was 3 months old. Now that he’s almost 6 years old and heading to kindergarten, we wanted to take a minute to thank their fabulous director, Ms. Jessica Lopez, for the love, kindness and compassion she has shown our whole family. Her staff is equally impressive, as is made apparent by the positive attitudes and shared sense of community the children they serve exhibit. Diverse, dedicated and down-to-earth, the team at Goldenrod Road KinderCare have provided a fantastic base for our grandson to become the bright, happy, loving kid he is. Isn’t that what we all want for our kids?

My son has been enrolled since the end of February and I absolutely LOVE this facility! My extended family has heard me rave so much, that my husband's cousin is enrolling HER daughter! We have been so satisified with the curriculum for our infant son and the experience he is getting. The infant class teachers are STELLAR!!! Ms. Carolina and Ms. Victoria are positively the best! They know my little man's sleep, hunger, and teething cues as if they were his own family. They keep the infants completely engaged throughout the day, and I love getting the updates and the photos! If you are looking for a site that truly cares about your child, your child's future, and your satisfaction? Look no further! My son will be staying through VPK until he transitions to Kindergarten!

We just did the tour and as an advise the place looks very DIRTY the entry looks like has not been cleaned for a WHILE, there were died insects under the seats and a LOT dust. i am not saying anything bad about the service because i dont know but as a first sight i did not like it and it is very basic compared other places for the price they charged.
