  Great school with the most caring staff! Everything is clean, well organized and the teachers have all been great communicators. We moved from out of state and are so happy to have found this school for our kids.

  We love Bright Horizons Windermere. My 3 year old gets very frustrated when she’s sick and can’t attend school to play with her friends. My 15 month old runs to her teacher at drop off for a cuddle. The teachers and staff are amazing and attentive.

  Due to a move for my husband’s job, I transferred my child to this Bright Horizons location with high hopes given my previous five star experience with another Bright Horizons, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and concerning. The administration on more than once occasion has failed in their duties, particularly in crucial matters like health and safety. Firstly, there have been instances where illnesses within the classroom were not reported to parents. Recently, I discovered that my child's teacher had COVID-19 through a picture uploaded to the app showing her interacting with my son wearing a face mask. This is completely unacceptable - parents should be informed directly and immediately about such critical issues, not through a casual picture upload. Moreover, my husband has witnessed firsthand the administration staff engaging in inappropriate behavior during drop-off times. Instead of focusing on their responsibilities, they have been painting their nails, exposing children to noxious fumes, and even doing each other’s hair at the front desk. This not only shows a lack of professionalism but also a blatant disregard for the children's well-being and safety. The only positive aspect of this daycare has been select teachers, who genuinely care for the children. However, their efforts are overshadowed by the administration's neglect. Parents, please beware of this Bright Horizons location. The administration cannot be trusted to prioritize your child's health, safety, or well-being. Needless to say my I immediately unenrolled my child from this location and was able to find a more reputable and reliable facility.

  If you really want to send your kids to an amazing place, this is it. Staff is amazing, but the greatest of all is the director. She helped us help our son better than anyone else. They really want to help, and that is VERY DIFFICULT to find.

  My son has been attending Bright Horizons at Windemere since he was 6 months old, and the staff at BH has become more then staff, they have become true teachers and partners in my sons life and an integral part of my son's life. I have enjoyed our time together and am sad that this year will be my family's last together at BH. This school has been such a welcoming place for my son and I highly recommend them to any parent.
