  A Family’s Experience at Grand Living’s LUMINATIONS® Memory Care In June 2026, we brought my father to Grand Living’s memory care floor, LUMINATIONS®, after a devastating experience at a nearby facility. Conventional wisdom says you should never move a loved one once they’ve entered memory care, but his situation had become dire. We knew that if we didn’t get him out, he would not make it through the year. From the very beginning, everything Eric, Tyler, and Jamie promised us during our initial tour was delivered — every single commitment, without exception. The aides on the LUMINATIONS®, floor are extraordinary. Lead by the impossibly kind and caring, Jeanne, her team of Hyacinth, Cassandra, LaShondra, Jennifer, Tashana, Sheniel, Esther, and others treat my father and the other residents as though they were their own family. I am there nearly every day, and I witness it firsthand: the love, the compassion, the patience, and the unwavering dignity they extend to each resident. Their work is not simply caregiving — it is heart work. The nursing team is equally exceptional. Led by Shelisha — who often sends me sweet selfies of her and my father — the team includes Wilmede and Francis, who care for residents on the second floor. LUMINATIONS®, maintains nursing coverage 24×7×365. This was promised during our tour, and unlike many facilities where promises fade once the contract is signed, Grand Living delivers. At other places, the bottom line comes first. At LUMINATIONS®, the residents come first. My family and I lost our mother in July 2025 after caring for my father for twelve years. In the end, it is true what they say: the caregiver often goes first. Having my father at LUMINATIONS®, is the closest thing to having him at home, and for that, we are profoundly grateful. To every member of the Grand Living team — thank you. You have given our family peace, restored our trust, and provided my father with the safety, dignity, and love he deserves.

  It's been one year since my client moved into Grand Living at West Palm Beach. It has been a great journey. The family was looking for a perfect fit and indeed we found the perfect place. Illumination has offered what we needed in respect to quality care. I toured six other places and by far this is the cleanest place. You feel welcome starting from the front desk. I visited Grand Living at different times of the day before making a final decision and each time the staff was patient, devoted and caring towards the residents on the memory floor. The family is so appreciated with Jeanne Limo and the staff commitment to care for their love one. The Dillards family
