  Someone cut the wires to the tv and internet and the company responsible is not being responsible so Isabella gave me a hotspot that i couldn't get to work and Friday at 5:00, Debbie and Renee sent miracle worker Jackie over to get it going. I think she would have sat here all night until she figured it out. She was not only technologically above and beyond, but also wonderfully kind.

  I highly suggest this community! The new management is doing a wonderful job renovating the community. All staff and residents are very friendly & welcoming and everyone seems to stay active. The activities team does a beautiful job decorating and putting on many social events. Jackie M from the activity team is always providing an enjoyable environment for the residents from games to just friendly conversations. I have seen her go out of her way to help with things such as a resident’s cell phone which may seem simple to us but mean more than we know to them. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate for what she does and is always going the extra mile to provide a desirable place to be.

  Jackie at The Barclay Independent Living in Vero Beach is absolutely amazing! She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, engaged, and active. Her dedication and kindness truly stand out. Jackie puts so much effort into creating activities and opportunities that keep the residents involved and connected. It’s clear that she doesn’t just do her job—she truly cares about the people she serves. The residents are very fortunate to have someone like Jackie looking out for them. Her positive attitude, compassion, and commitment make such a wonderful difference in their daily lives. She is truly an asset to The Barclay, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!

  We had the privilege of touring Barclay of Vero Beach yesterday , what an amazing experience! We were greeted by Yvette Jenkins who talked with us regarding our needs and goals for independent living. Then she took us on a tour of this beautiful and well maintained property, saw a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath that we really liked. After that she treated us to lunch in one of the three restaurants. The food was delicious even got to meet the Chef!!!! Such a pleasure. Yvette is very knowledgeable in the entire process of downsizing, what is included in the monthly rent and answered all our questions as well as doing a super job of educating us for the transition Highly recommend taking the tour with Yvette and seeing this lovely facility. You won’t be disappointed.
