  Grand Living at Wellen Park is exactly that. An absolutely beautiful community with everything from independent living, assisted living and even memory care. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the Director well, she is top notch! From delicious food to wonderful activities to a beautiful, beautiful facility I give them five stars! I have 7 years experience of having my late mother living in an assisted living facilities. I would have only wished she could have experienced... Grand Living.

  I am not happy with the performance of your manager who is supposed to be taking care of these fountains. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done. I am paying $40. extra a month for the fountain and the pond. I have explained before the pond is a breeding ground for the mosquitoes and I am highly allergic to them. I don’t know What A person can do when the property isn’t taken care of such as the pods. What is the status regarding this problem?
