Christian went above and beyond to meet my family and I on our busy schedules. Planning for a loved one can be very emotional but she did her very best to explain all our questions clearly. Thank you.

Kirk, Christian, Eboni, and all who work there have treated my family and I with nothing but respect. They are professional at what they do and they take the time to answer all your questions, to make sure you are happy and satisfied. They are also friendly, warm, kind, and considerate to your feelings during the difficult time of the passing of your loved one. I am very pleased with the way they handled everything.

Very poor response and customer service after my Grandmother passed away. This company has ignored all requests (telephone and letters) for information regarding the amount of money that was pre-paid by my Grandmother.
